Referring candidates can help your company find top talent and often comes with internal referral bonuses, as well as a payout from Referled.Plus, we vet candidates before sharing them with you — saving you time and helping protect your reputation.
How are candidates vetted?
Every candidate goes through a manual screening process. We review their resume, experience, and alignment with the roles and companies they're targeting before we forward their profile.
Am I obligated to refer a candidate?
Not at all. You’ll always have the choice to accept or decline a referral request.
Will my company know I’m using Referled?
We operate with full confidentiality, so unless you choose to share this information, it would not be shared by us.
Can I earn from referring someone?
Referled will pay you a referral fee for each referral, we require proof of submission.

What is Referled?

We don’t guarantee every request will result in a referral. It depends on fit, role availability, and the referrer’s decision.
Is there a fee to use Referled?
Fees start from AED 200 per referral, which gets paid to the referrer.
How do you screen candidates?
We review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and the roles you’re targeting to ensure alignment before sharing your profile with a referrer.
Can I apply for multiple companies?
Yes - we’ll match you with multiple referrers based on your preferences and background.
How long does the process take?
After joining, we aim to match you with a potential referrer within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability and fit.
